Sago Peanut Chops and Arabic kebab


Fasting has been a tradition for centuries in India. There are many kinds of fasts. There are some vow not to drink the water. Some have to live by the fruit diet. Sago Peanut Chops


Material

Sago(sabudana) - 1/2 cup

Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1 cup

Roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup

Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp

Finely chopped green chillies - 2

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Rock Salt - to taste
