Rajisthani Mirch Vada


Ingredients : 12 to 15 large size green pepper , one cup Gram-flour , water , oil for frying , salt to taste .

For filling : 250 g boiled mashed potatoes , a teaspoon red chili powder , two teaspoons dried mango powder powder , two teaspoons coriander powder ¼ tsp asafoetida , two teaspoons fennel , chopped green pepper , salt to taste .

Method : filling : potatoes , salt , red pepper , dried mango powder , coriander , asafetida and green chili mix .

To make vada : Mircion long felt disconnected from the middle of it. Make a paste of gram flour diluted . Reheat oil . Mircion one - put in a solution of one gram . Take them out and then frying in oil . Golden color coming out of the oil Serve .
