Healthy Mango Summer Recipes


Basil Thai Mango salad with olive oil
Prep time: 15 Mins
How many people 2-3
Ingredients:
Lettuce in a bowl and half raw mango
½ or 1 cup cucumber slices
One - quarter cup dried cashew nuts
1 tbsp Chile trench
Basil to decorate
15-20 basil leaves
1 green onion (in pieces)
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
2 tbsp palm sugar or
1 Chile
