Mango Salad
Ingredients:
2 grounded Mango
1 cup mixed bell peppers (remove seeds and white part)
2 green onions
½ red onion, chopped
1 cup green salad
To decorate:
1 tbsp sesame oil or hazelnut oil
1 tbsp red chilli oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped green chilies
Salt to taste
